We're not a milk aggregator — we don't buy in from other farms and bottle it under our name. Every Gir cow at BCF Farms is bred, fed, milked and cared for on our own land, which means we control every link in the chain instead of trusting someone else with it.

That's a harder, slower way to run a dairy. It's also the only way we know how to keep a promise about what's actually in the bottle.
